Based on the great classics of the Italian tradition, the restaurant's cuisine offers modernized and refreshed dishes to keep up with the times. A continuously updated proposal that collects the study and creativity of the staff and the experience, attention to detail, and search for quality of the executive chef Ilario Castelnovo.


In April 2010,Chef Ilario won theHeinz Beck 2010 Trophy with "Risotto con Bitto Stravecchio all’Elisir di Sfurzat" and best dish-wine pairing, with Sforzato 5 stelle from Nino Negri. In 2015, his son Emanuele won the same prize with his Pizzoccheri according to the original recipe.
