From the dough to the selection of fine ingredients,
the pizzas of the Bay are a culinary experience.

THE BAIA PIZZA'S®

All our pizzas are prepared with wholemeal flour obtained from stone grinding.

The dough is left to rise for a minimum of 48 hours and cooked on refractory stone.

Fior di latte cheese DOP, tomato San Marzano DOP,raw culatello ham from the historic butcher “Mazzucchi” of Dongo, burrata from Andria, rocket salad.
