La Baia is the restaurant on Lake Como that offers you a unique and enchanting atmosphere. La Baia® Restaurant also offers history and creative cuisine in San Vito, on the lakeside of Cremia. A location with a lake view, perfect for lunch or dinner, between Menaggio and Gravedona, on Lake Como. Our cuisine offers great classics of Italian tradition, new contemporary dishes, and experience and talent combined to captivate and surprise the palate. We're more than just a seafood restaurant on Lake Como: we'll amaze you with delicious traditional dishes from Como and Valtellina, made with the finest ingredients. Only here can you taste Persicotto®, the authentic Perch Risotto.
THE CASTELNOVO FAMILY
Here you'll find the experience and passion of brothers Corrado and Ilario Castelnovo, who opened their restaurant in Cremia in 1994. Ristorante La Baia® quickly won over customers with its refined cuisine, lakeside tables, and attentive service. Today, the brigade numbers 40 people and, with the expansion of its premises, has enriched its offerings with the production of bread and pastries, becoming a point of reference for quality cuisine in the Upper Lake Area. Since 2023, it has been included in the Unione del Buon Ricordo Guide.
La Baia® is the restaurant on Lake Como that combines an enchanting location, history, and contemporary cuisine. Some of them have been with us since the restaurant opened in 1994. For us, La Baia® is the ideal "laboratory" in which to test themselves every day, investing in training and honing their techniques. We firmly believe in experimenting with new equipment and skills.
