SPECIALE MENU' SICILIANO

Still summer in Semptember

The month of September has begun and has brought with it a sirocco breeze from Sicily!

Summer perfumes and ingredients will be the protagonists of the special menu available throughout the month. It will be a gastronomic journey through the flavors that characterize the cities of the peninsula in the center of the Mediterranean.

With these proposals we wanted to enhance the commitment and experience of our new assistant cook Francesco, a native of the province of Catania.
Under the supervision of Chef Ilario, Emanuele and Francesco have studied a menu that combines traditional Sicilian dishes and the innovation that characterizes our restaurant on Lake Como.
The journey begins in Messina with a special eggplant and swordfish parmigiana decorated with a delicate Bronte Pistachio foam!

Then we move on to spaghetti with sardines which brings us the scents of wild fennel and the strong flavor of fish! SUPER yummy!

Almost like the catchphrase of this summer! Rumble Cha Cha Cha!

A white turbot accompanied by a tasty variation of caponata and "atturrato" bread!
Small parenthesis on this preparation: the bread is sautéed in a pan with a drizzle of oil, anchovies, capers and parsley to make it crunchy and tasty.
This breading is then used to sprinkle the dish and give it that extra touch!

PALERMO, CATANIA, AGRIGENTO

The dessert concludes the tasting with a stop in three wonderful cities! Each of them represented by a small sweet that will make this trip unforgettable! Sicilian cannoli, blancmange and finally orange flavored almond paste! INEBRIANT!

The menu is only available for a few weeks, you just have to come and taste it!
