Welcome back, spring!

As we start to figure out how to spend the weekend with these slightly longer days... Here we are at the much-awaited moment of the year, with the exciting debut of the first special menu of the season: the "SOLSTICE MENU". With the air getting warmer and the colors of spring painting our land, it's time to delight you with a selection of dishes that explore the flavors and products of our territory.

To start this gastronomic journey off sublime, we present to you the "QUA - QUA - FOIE": a special Foie Gras terrine, embraced by a delicate passito gel and served with soft brioche bread. We hope it leaves you speechless, with a taste that is both traditional and surprising.

Moving on, our new "NAZZARINI" Beet Gnocchetti is an elegant harmony of flavors, caressed by the creamy Caprino fondue from the renowned "Valsecchi formaggi di Civate" and enriched by the crunchiness of walnuts.

The protagonist of the second course is the "PINOLA FARM" Kid Goat, locally sourced directly from Ivan Pinola's farm, served with a delicious crispy potato. A dish that celebrates the genuineness and quality of our local products.

And to conclude our new LIMITED EDITION journey on a sweet note, we present "LEMON FRESH" a Soft Lemon and Pine Nut Crumble, a symphony of flavors that combines the softness of lemon sweet, the crunchiness of pine nuts, and the freshness of Italian meringue, all wrapped in a luscious Timoncello jelly from Lake Como. An explosion of taste that will win you over from the first to the last bite. This is truly elegant and special.
