The Persicotto, one of the most typical dishes of Como; appreciated, as well as the symbol of the Ristorante La Baia.
The story of a recipe handed down for over a century from father to son and which today is; one of the leitmotifs of our menu. This dish is fundamental part of the family culinary tradition and a tribute to the beautiful territory of Lake Como .
The history of our recipe between tradition and innovation
using the innovative spirit of his grandfather, this recipe is handed down from father to son : from Baldassarre, to his son Vittorio Emanuele, up to Ilario, now chef of the Ristorante La Baia and to the young Emanuele.

Il Persicotto has continued its evolution while remaining tied to the culinary tradition of the Como area . Today it is the result of continuous research that takes shape within the restaurant's kitchen, whose fundamental ingredients are the experience passion for this work.
