CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF ACTIVITY: LA BAIA JOINS "BUON RICORDO" RESTAURANTS IN 2024
We are thrilled to share exciting news with our loyal customers: La Baia has officially become a "Buon Ricordo" Restaurant for the year 2024! Last week, we took part in the induction ceremony in Milan, and starting next year, our restaurant will be featured in the prestigious Guide.
In 2024, La Baia will celebrate its thirty years in business, and to mark this milestone, we have decided to take on this extraordinary challenge. The Union of "Good Memory" Restaurants, founded in 1964, has always been a symbol of excellence in regional cuisine. It takes you on a journey through the rich flavors and vibrant colors of Italian culinary artistry. Restaurants bearing its emblem, spanning from the North to the South of Italy and beyond, represent the pinnacle of regional cuisine, mapping out a gastronomy and hospitality uniquely Made in Italy. Being a part of this special guide is a source of immense pride for us.
The Union has chosen our renowned Persicotto® - the True Perch Risotto - as its featured specialty. As you may know, this exquisite dish boasts the authentic recipe passed down from our great-grandfather, Baldassarre Castelnovo. It's not just a family dish; it embodies our culinary philosophy and pays homage to the rich tradition of lake fish cuisine from Lake Como.
