Closing a season is always a moment filled with hugs and goodbyes, but also a time for celebration. For us, it has become a tradition to mark the year’s successes with a group trip—an opportunity to express gratitude, recharge, and share moments that strengthen our friendship and passion for what we do. This year, our destination was the breathtaking island of Sardinia, a land that welcomed us with stunning landscapes, unique flavors, and extraordinary people.
From South to North: Discovering the Island
Our adventure began in Cagliari, where the charm of the historic city streets and the invigorating scent of the sea immediately captivated us. From there, we journeyed to Cabras, a region renowned for its bottarga and bold, distinctive wines. Here, we visited the Contini Winery, whose passion and craftsmanship bring Sardinia’s essence to life through their remarkable wines.
Continuing northward, we explored picturesque villages and visited wineries that welcomed us into their agritourisms, where tradition remains at the heart of the territory’s authenticity. One of the most memorable experiences was at Tenute Gregu, where we delved into Sardinia’s winemaking culture, tasting wines that embody the island’s land, wind, and sun—a truly unique experience.
Beyond discovering Sardinia’s culinary and wine treasures, we also took time to relax with a swim in the crystalline waters of the Costa Smeralda. A day at the beach gifted us postcard-perfect views and that sense of tranquility only Sardinian waters can provide. Between beaches, mouthwatering dishes, and shared laughter, we created memories that will stay with us until the restaurant reopens in March.
Sardinia embraced us with its warmth, traditions, and timeless beauty. This journey was more than just a getaway; it was a way to reconnect, find inspiration, and celebrate what we love most: welcoming you with passion and sharing a bit of this magic in our daily work.
We can’t wait to reopen and share new ideas and flavors with you.
See you soon, with hearts and minds full of Sardinia!
