Here we go! 2025 truly begins now, with the reopening of Ristorante La Baia—ready to embark once again on our journey of flavors, hospitality, and unforgettable moments. After our usual winter break, we’re coming back more energized than ever, with a passionate team eager to welcome you and offer an experience that feels like home, like a day on Lake Como, and like the authentic taste of tradition.

From March 19, we are open every day, for lunch and dinner!

A New Journey in Taste: The Seasonal Tasting Menu

The big innovation this year is our seasonal tasting menu, a tribute to nature and its rhythms. We know that every ingredient has its perfect moment, and we want to capture it to offer you only the best. Dishes evolve with the seasons, featuring peak-quality ingredients and authentic flavors, enhanced with creativity and respect for tradition.

Every course is a surprise, a story told through colors, aromas, and combinations that awaken the senses. An example? Our Rabbit Ravioli with sour carrot mousse and almond slivers. A dish that feels like a true embrace of spring: the delicate rabbit filling blends with the fresh, vibrant tang of the carrot mousse, while the almond slivers add a delightful crunch. A perfectly balanced explosion of flavors, offering you the season in its most authentic form.

We kicked off the year in style by participating in RistorExpo, one of the most prestigious food industry fairs. Being an official restaurant of the event was both an honor and a unique opportunity to share our culinary philosophy with a new audience. We proudly showcased two of our signature dishes: the legendary Persicotto®, our signature perch fish risotto, and our special cheesecake, winning over new palates and sharing our passion for authentic, high-quality cuisine.

It was an intense few days, filled with encounters, exchanges, and inspiration. We return from this experience with an even greater desire to experiment and offer our guests the best, knowing that food is, above all, an experience meant to be shared.
