Along the lakeside in Cremia, summer is the peak time to enjoy everything our restaurant has to offer: a stunning view, great food, a lively atmosphere and—let’s admit it—an incredibly friendly staff! 

And that’s exactly what we want to highlight, because during high season, so many of you come to visit us… and great work requires a great team.

Our team is so big you might feel like there’s always someone new—and it’s kind of true! We’re a huge crew, where everyone has a specific role that contributes to making your time here unforgettable. This year, our brigade counts nearly 40 people!

Every time you come back to see us, it means we’ve done our job right. Whether it's our chefs, floor staff, sommeliers, pastry chefs, bakers—or many others—each of us plays a part in making sure your experience at our table is something truly special.

Stepping into La Baia feels like diving into a world that’s always evolving

How does our team bring value to everything we do?
Well, variety in people means variety in what we offer! Since adding our bakery team, we’ve stepped up our pastry game even more and this year we’ve also launched our brand-new gelateria!

Thanks to the people in our team, we can bring our ideas to life—something that isn’t always as easy as it sounds. But the unique value each person brings allows us to stay true to who we are: a constant source of surprises (and we know that’s one of the reasons you keep coming back!).

OH—and the new Margherita rice! 

If you think you’ve already experienced our legendary risotto with perch, well… you might want to try it again! Our Persicotto® now features a new Carnaroli rice variety that makes it even creamier and more delicious—absolutely unmissable.
