With the arrival of September and the cooler climate, our tasting menu is renewed, bringing to your table the aromas of one of the most cherished seasons. Autumn is a symbol of bold, distinctive flavors, capable of enhancing great classics with both traditional and unusual pairings, always offering unique experiences.

A true star: the Porcini Mushroom!

When we think about seasonality, mushrooms immediately come to mind—they are without doubt one of the finest delicacies this period has to offer, with countless possibilities when it comes to pairing them with our dishes.

In this new menu, the porcini takes center stage as the leading ingredient in three courses: starter, first course, and main course (not dessert—we know you wouldn’t order it otherwise!). Its versatility meets tartare and risotto, the latter enriched with cuttlefish and thyme.
For some, perhaps the most intriguing combination will be the sautéed porcini mushrooms featured in the second course, paired with duck leg confit and vegetables roasted with peated whiskey.

A series of creations that, we are sure, will spark your curiosity to explore and experiment with these special ingredients, in true La Baia style.

And for dessert, a twist bursting with flavor.
Here, porcini mushrooms step aside to give room to another seasonal fruit: the apple, paired with cinnamon.
