In April 2010, our Chef Ilario won the Heinz Beck 2010 Trophy with Risotto with Bitto Stravecchio at the Elixir of Sfurzat and best dish-wine pairing, with Sforzato 5 Stars from Nino Negri.
In 2015, his son Emanuele won the same award with his Pizzoccheri according to the original recipe. Two Valtellina’s recipes that we are proud to offer on our menu.
