& Egrave; the story of a & nbsp; recipe handed down & nbsp; for over a century from father to son and which today is; one of the leitmotifs of our menu. This dish is fundamental part of the family culinary tradition and a tribute to the beautiful territory of & nbsp; Lake Como .

The history of our recipe between tradition and innovation
